The Final Report for the 2021 Election Management Capacity Building Program has been released. This report consists of a summary of the three courses of the program, divided into two phases to help participants make the best of each course. The first phase allowed participants to analyze challenges faced by participating election management bodies (EMBs). The second phase focused on developing an action plan to address the identified challenges.
Course
1: Strengthening Voter Education
reflected on considerations when planning and implementing voter education
activities and allowed participants to develop their voter outreach programs
appropriate for their country.
Course
2: Fostering Transparency in Political
Finance discussed ways to enhance financial reporting by political parties
and candidates and think about an effective reporting system and requirements.
Course
3: The Use of Media in Election
Management explored strategies for EMBs to utilize media for EMBs during
electoral processes and improve communication with media.
It
also includes participants' short impressions and their evaluation results on
