Every voter, candidate and submitter of electoral list has the right to file a complaint with the Republic Electoral Commissiondue to breach of suffrage during the elections, or irregularities in the procedure of candidacy or voting.
Complaint against a decision, act or omission of apolling board shall be filed with the Republic Electoral Commission.
Complaint referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article shall be filed within 24 hours of the making of the decision or of the execution of the act which the plaintiff deems irregular, or from the moment when the omission was made.
