List Proportional Representation (Chamber 1)

The Chamber of Deputies has 257 members. Each province is considered an electoral district and elects its Deputies by proportional representation using the D'Hondt method. The number of representatives for each district is roughly proportional to their population. Five more Deputies are added to the number of Deputies elected in order for less populated provinces to have a greater representation.
