 · Voting age: 18 

 - Presidential: Two-round system absolute majority, two consecutive term limitation.

 - State Duma: Half of the seats are allocated through proportional representation party list voting, the other half through majority voting, and one deputy elected for one constituency.

 - Federation Council: Indirectly appointed, one member of the government and one member from the legislative branch for each of the 85 federal units of Russia.

 

 · Voting process: Verify voter ID -> Receive ballot papers -> Mark ballots -> Cast ballots

 

 · Counting process

   1. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.

   2. The figures have to be entered in the protocols and later sign the protocols and 3 copies. 

   3. Tabulation takes place, where the protocols are taken to the Territorial Electoral Commission (EC), the EC of the subjects of the Russian Federation and finally the Central Election Commission (CEC)​ for final tabulation.
