The Capacity Building Project in Ecuador was implemented in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the National Election Commission of the Republic of Korea, and Ecuador’s National Electoral Council (CNE). The project aimed to enhance the credibility of elections in Ecuador through ICT, tailored to the country’s specific needs and requirements. As part of the program, 1,850 Results Transmission System (RTS) units were distributed, and experts were dispatched to provide specialized training.
