Republic of Fiji

The Capacity Building in Electoral Management Project in the Republic of Fiji was implemented as part of the International Development Program of the Government of the Republic of Korea. The project included the following components:

• - Supplying 53 units of touch screen-based voting equipment, which reduced voting and counting time from 168 hours to just one hour
• - Advancing the Data Center
• - Dispatching experts and providing technical support
• - Conducting capacity-building training with a focus on enhancing information security
