Share Your Insights: Take Part in Our Media Capacity Training Survey
Last updated 2025-06-05

In keeping with the spirit of the A-WEB Charter, the A-WEB Secretariat remains deeply committed to enhancing the capacity of our member EMBs. We continue to work toward identifying and implementing effective solutions to the shared challenges our members face, particularly in today's fast-evolving information environment.

As part of these ongoing efforts, we are pleased to announce the upcoming Media Capacity Development Program, set to launch in early November of this year. This specialized training initiative will address one of the most pressing issues in election management today: the rise of disinformation, fake news, and other forms of information distortion in electoral processes.

To ensure that this program is highly relevant and tailored to the realities faced by our member organizations, we are conducting a needs assessment survey. Your insights are crucial.

Why Participate?

This survey is designed to:

  • Assess the current capacity and practices of EMBs in responding to media-related challenges;
  • Identify key obstacles posed by false or misleading information during elections;
  • Pinpoint specific areas where additional training and support are needed.

The responses we receive will play a direct role in shaping the structure and content of the Media Capacity Development Program. By participating, you help ensure that the training will be practical, impactful, and aligned with your organization's needs.

How to Contribute

We kindly ask that you complete the survey through the link below by June 22, 2025.

Thank you in advance for your valuable input and continued cooperation. Together, we can build a stronger foundation for trustworthy elections in the digital age.
