A WEB

Students from Taiwanese National Sun Yat-Sen University Department of Political Economy sent A-WEB a letter of gratitude after their visit to A-WEB Secretariat on May 27th. On the letter, the students thanked the organization for the past opportunity to learn about A-WEB's purpose, structure and plans. Furthermore, the students expressed their interests in A-WEB's various activities, especially A-WEB's efforts to help promoting World democracy through global cooperation. The letter reads as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We sincerely appreciate the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) giving this chance to us, the National Sun Yat-Sen University Department of Political Economy. And thanks for the introduction of A-WEB's functions and operations for us. For students in Taiwan, we don't have that access to know how an international organization actually works.

Also, we appreciate Mr. Kim, the director general of A-WEB for introducing the details of the career in A-WEB. Students in our department are willing to devote themselves into many kinds of positions to connect themselves to the real world. Some of them just concern about the nationalities problems.

We would like to thank all staff who arranged this meeting for us. We really cherish this opportunity to understand A-WEB better.

We sincerely hope A-WEB will consider to provide such chances for Taiwanese students to know A-WEB better in the future.
