| Signing of an MOU between A-WEB and International IDEA |

On August 20th, 2015, in Punta Cana, the Association of World Election Bodies(A-WEB) and International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance(International IDEA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding, promising partnership between the two organizations in the following areas: Exchange of information on each party’s institutional strategy for its electoral processes programs, Seeking ways to develop joint projects, and Collaboration in resource mobilization for implementation of agreed projects. A-WEB's Secretary General Kim Yong-Hi and International IDEA's Secretary General Yves Leterme exchanged their firm assurances about the fruitful outcomes that this partnership will bear for both organizations. |
