| Signing of an MOU between A-WEB and KPU |

The Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the General Elections Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPU) on April 11 in its Secretariat in Songdo, the Republic of Korea. Yong-Hi Kim, Secretary General of A-WEB and Husni Kamil Manik, Chairperson the KPU, agreed to cooperate with each other in strengthening the existing relationships between A-WEB and the KPU, developing human resources and exchanging knowledge of elections.
The main agendas of this MOU are on: jointly holding workshops, focus group discussion or seminars; participating together in conferences, workshops, seminars, training courses, or exhibits of mutual interests; and Capacity building in the field of information, communication and technology to support and ensure a credible electoral process.
