On July 5, a ceremony was held at the Korean Civic Education Institute for Democracy (KOCEI) in Suwon to appoint a Public Relations Ambassador of the Association of World Election Bodies (A-WEB) and a member of the Advisory Committee of the National Election Commission (NEC) of Korea. World renowned popera tenor and classical crossover singer Lim Hyung-joo was commissioned as the first ever Public Relations Ambassador of A-WEB during the ceremony emceed by Anchor Lee Yoon-ah. A short video on the artist was played at the beginning of the ceremony and an appointment trophy and flowers were presented to the newly appointed PR Ambassador. Remarks by Secretary General of A-WEB, Vice Chairperson of NEC, and Secretary General of NEC were followed. The event was wrapped up with a group photo session and a congratulatory performance by Ulala Session.
