The A-WEB Secretariat shares the message from the A-WEB Indian Centre that the Webinar on ‘Issues, Challenges and Protocols for Conducting Elections during COVID-19 : Sharing Country Experiences’, scheduled on 3 September 2020 has been deferred and will be held on Monday, 21 September 2020 from 15:00-19:00 (IST) due to an unforeseen situation, the demise of Shri Pranab Mukherjee, former President of India (31 August 2020). A state of mourning of seven days has been declared in India. |
