[A-WEB Secretariat] Call for information for the 2020 A-WEB Annual Report

It is our pleasure to inform you that the A-WEB Secretariat is currently working on publishing the 2020 A-WEB Annual Report which includes information on member EMBs' activities, election management, the introduction of new leadership (chairperson) and financial contribution to the A-WEB activities in the year 2020. According to the Charter of A-WEB, Members’ expenses for holding A-WEB meetings, such as General Assembly and Executive Board meetings, and for operating training centers and international observation programs may be regarded as contributions to the A-WEB activities. If any Member has spent money on the said activities in the year 2020, please let us know. The Secretariat will share your contribution with other A-WEB Members through the 2020 A-WEB Annual Report.

 

In this regard, we'd like to ask you to provide us information as follows by 27 January.

It would be highly appreciative if you could send it to the publicity department of the A-WEB Secretariat at ritalee@aweb.org, awebnewsletter@daum.net.

 

- Election date/type which your Commission managed during 2020/ relevant pictures

- Event which your Commission organized in 2020 (i.e. webinar, election observation program and so on: a brief explanation of the program including the title, period and relevant pictures)

- Introduction of a new Chairperson appointed or elected in 2020 (brief introduction within half-page and his/her picture)

- Amount of the fund, spent on the A-WEB activities mentioned above in 2020  (the title of the activities, the amount in USD)
