The official opening with the participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, S.N. Zhaparov, took place in one of the Bishkek Centers. As part of the event, regional centers throughout the country organized direct broadcasts of educational programs. One of them was implemented with the Kyrgyz IT experts at the IT Forum of Central Asia, held in the USA, where prestige in the IT sector of the Kyrgyz Republic soared and attracted investments in the industry.

Also, at the event, the first joint program of the Centers was presented with partners, which included about 20 educational programs and motivational meetings.

The unique feature of the project is its implementation model - the state has created favorable conditions for combining the efforts and potentials of interested parties. The project partners have combined resources for systematic education and outreach work.

More than 30 partner organizations, including state bodies, civil society organizations, businesses, international development partners and well-known citizen leaders in their professional fields, have joined the project from the launching preparation stage.

The work of the Centers is for all citizens, including special programs for the elderly, youth, women and people with disabilities

The project consists of several main areas: civic education, digital education, a direction to support the public in obtaining digital services and a communication platform for holding round table meetings, debate clubs, meetings with successful experts and a platform for promoting women's leadership.

Educational and informational activities will be carried out in various formats: online, offline, motivational meetings, etc. Targeting all categories of citizens, the Centers will provide special programs for the elderly, youth, women and people with disabilities. In addition, the project aims to cover a wide range of topics within the framework of the decrees of the President of the Country, strategic development programs, and in particular, the concept of 'Kyrgyz Zharany,' the development of civic identity.

Centers' work is also crucial in spirit and morals as it is lined with the implementation of the National Program on the Preservation and Development of National Traditions for 2022-2027. The programs will consider modern democratic principles and the cultural and historical identity traditions rooted in the epos 'Manas.'
