Kazakhstan Parliamentary and Local Elections Parliamentary and local elections was held in Kazakhstan on 19 March 2023 to elect new representatives for the lower house of the parliament, and the maslikhats, the local representative bodies. There were 281 candidates competing from seven political parties and the voter turnout was 54.2% according to the Central Election Commission.

Nepal Presidential and Vice-Presidential Election Presidential election and vice-presidential election were held in Nepal on March 9, and on March 17, 2023 respectively. On March 9, 2023, 884 members of the federal parliament and provincial assemblies gathered to elect the new president. Ram Chandra Poudel was elected as the new president as a result. On March 17, 2023, Ramsahaya Prasad Yadav of Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) was elected as the Vice-President. Nigeria General Elections General Elections were held in Nigeria on February 25, 2023 to elect the president, vice-president and the members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. According to Nigeria’s Independent National Election Commission (INEC), Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress (APC) was elected as the new president, and Kashim Shettima, his running mate, became the vice-president-elect.
