Kim, Yong-Hi, Secretary General of A-WEB, was inaugurated as Secretary General (Minister level official) of the National Election Commission of the Republic of Korea on November 21, 2014. 

Secretary General Kim, Yong-Hi stressed in his inaugural speech that the NEC needs to humbly listen to people’s voices at all times and provide in a proactive manner the services demanded by the public.

Newly-elected Secretary General Kim Yong-Hi took such major offices within the NEC as Director of Guidance Division, Director General of Election Department, Head of Electronic Election Promotion Department, Director General of Political Parties Assistance Department, Chief Election Officer, etc. and has been appointed as Deputy Secretary General since December 21, 2012.
