Each participant is requested to prepare and submit his/her report on the country's election management body and issues in the national electoral system in order for the group to collectively seek ways to provide appropriate solutions and insights to meet the identified challenges in the participant's election management system during the Capacity Building Program. All participants are also required to prepare preliminary action plans aimed at improving each country's election management system. There will be lectures and field trips as well.
