In the 12th Executive Board meeting of A-WEB, held on March 20, 2024, the Election Disputes Tribunal (TCE) of Ecuador tabled an agenda for discussion on "Resolving gender-based political violence."
The two documents attached describe the good practices of reforms made to the Organic Electoral Law of Ecuador, where Article 280 was included to create a category of how to define behaviors considered as gender-based political violence.
