Capacity Building of Election Commission Officers -contributed by the Election Commission of Sri Lanka-
Training Workshop on Procurement and Financial Management
Capacity building training progams are faciliated for the officers of the Election Commissions to help them meet their service demands and deliver more efficient and effective service. Around Rs.4 million had been allocated for this purpose this year. Despite the adverse conditions prevailing in the country, the training needs of the officers were identified, training programs were organized and officers were motivated and directed to training programs organized by other institutions.
