 Election system

 - Presidential: two round system, uninominal absolute majority(second round follow after 15 days of first

Parliamentary: members elected by direct popular vote in multi-member constituencies using the party-list proportional representation system


· Voting process 

 1. Voter enters polling station, presents voting card and presiding officials verify his name in the list. 

 2. Receives a ballot paper goes to the booth and marks his ballot, folding it.

 3. Shows the presiding official he has only one ballot and is allowed to place it inside the ballot box.

 

· Counting process

 1. Manual Count in Polling Station: take each ballot out of the box one by one consecutively, and display it to the attending public witnesses.

 2. After the township electoral operation centers receive the voter result from the polling stations, the data will be entered into a centralized computing system.

 

· Time to take to announce voting results in the country: 3 days after the polling day
