Presidential: First-past-the-post voting system 

- Parliamentary

  1. The House of Representatives: 28 of whom are directly elected by voters registered to vote for the territory of the Federation of BiH, and 14 of whom are directly elected by voters registered to vote for the territory of the Republika Srpska by proportional representation. 

  2. The House of Peoples: consists of 15 Delegates, of whom two-thirds from the Federation and one-third from the Republika Srpska. Croat and Bosniak Delegates are elected by the Croat and Bosniak Caucus of Delegates. Delegates from the Republika Srpska are elected by the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska.
