The Ecuador Electoral Commission (CNE) Election ICT Project was designed for increasing credibility on ICT Election and the development of the device was based on the requirements made by recipient country. The project was implemented by distributing 1,850 Results Transmission System (RTS) and dispatching election experts for specialized training.
